Driven to paint the absolute lushness of nature.

I was inspired to create this work, from my daily bike ride. As spring settled in and the rains subsided, I found myself passing beautiful stretches of fence covered in this exotic flower and tasty fruit. The dense green of her leafage, and the hairlike filaments of pure white were intoxicating. Sometimes you are driven to paint the absolute lushness of nature
and her ubiquitous need to create.
